Xuan Nguyen First to Be Promoted to Executive Chairman -
World Financial Group's New Top Field Level

[Duluth, Ga.] — World Financial Group, Inc. has announced that Milpitas, Calif.-resident Xuan Nguyen is its first leader to be promoted to the newly created top field level of Executive Chairman. A member of WFG's prestigious Chairman's Council, Nguyen is one of the company's top leaders and most prolific builders, who is known for his dedication to helping others, developing new leaders, and giving back to others through his philanthropic work.

Nguyen, a native of Vietnam, immigrated to the United States in the mid-1970s. He began a career in social services helping other Vietnamese immigrants adjust to life in a new country. But with a growing family to support, Nguyen began to look for a new opportunity, and he found it in the financial services industry. For more than two decades, Nguyen has built a successful financial services business and managed a team of sales associates who are located throughout North America and Asia.

Nguyen, his wife, Hoa, and their children, Nick, Justin and Alicia, live in Milpitas, Calif.
